ASSESSOR BERRIOS OFFICE IS NOW ACCEPTING APPRAISALS TO APPEAL YOUR TAXES.  NOW IS THE TIME TO FIGHT THIS BURDEN.  A REPUTABLE APPRAISAL WILL GO A LONG WAY IN THIS PROCESS.  WE HAVE BEEN HELPING HOME OWNERS SINCE 1995.


PROPERTY TAX APPEAL GENERAL GUIDELINES
The greater part of Chicago will be accepting appeals starting in may for 2011.

We are familiar with the forms necessary and will also assist in this process.  The appeal can also be made in person at Cook County Assessors office situated at 118 N. Clark Street, 6th floor in Chicago.  There direct line is 312-443-7550.  You will need an appraisal.
