The assessed value of a particular parcel can be found at: http://www.cookcountyassessor.com/ We are familiar with the forms necessary and will also assist in this process. The appeal can also be made in person at Cook County Assessors office situated at 118 N. Clark Street, 6th floor in Chicago. There direct line is 312-443-7550. You will need an appraisal.
